Celeste Davis, REHS, MPH, is a citizen of the Chickasaw Nation of Oklahoma. She works for the Northwest Portland Area Indian Health Board (NPAIHB)/Northwest Tribal Epi-Center as the Environmental Public Health Program Director and NARCH Pediatric Asthma Management Research Project Director. In addition to those duties, Celeste is the Incident Commander for the NPAIHB COVID-19 Response Team. She previously served tribes in the American southeast, southwest, alaska, and pacific northwest regions during a 20-year career with the US Public Health Service (USPHS) Commissioned Corps. Celeste is also currently pursuing a PhD in Health Systems Management and Policy at the OHSU-PSU School of Public Health.

COVID-19 ECHO Program

Celeste Davis is faculty with the COVID-19 ECHO Program which is designed to connect I/T/U clinicians, administrators, and staff with up-to-date information on clinical care and emerging health topics.
