LCDR Nicholas Cushman, PharmD, MS-HCA, BCACP, is a member of the Sault Ste. Marie Tribe of Chippewa Indians. He currently serves as a Clinical Program Coordinator for the Northwest Portland Area Indian Health Board, Indian Country ECHO Program. Prior to his current position, Nick completed a PGY-1 Pharmacy Practice Residency Program and served as Staff Pharmacist at the Albuquerque Service Unit in Albuquerque, NM, and served as Deputy Chief Pharmacist at the Ute Mountain Ute Health Center in Towaoc, CO.

Affiliated ECHO Programs

Nicholas Cushman is the Program Manager for the Advancing Pharmacist Roles in Substance Use Disorder Treatment and Recovery Teams ECHO Program and faculty for the Diabetes ECHO Program.
