Mark Tuttle, MPH, MBA, works for the Eastern Band of Cherokee Indians (EBCI). He is currently the Epidemiologist at the EBCI Public Health and Human Services Division. Mark is a military veteran and served 6 years in the Air Force where he worked avionics on A-10, F-15, and U-2 aircrafts. Prior to starting his position with the EBCI Public Health and Human Services, Mark worked for the U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention in their Public Health Associate Program for 2 years.

ODMAP ECHO Program

Mark is faculty for the ODMAP ECHO Program, which is designed to provide guidance for the implementation of the overdose mapping and application program.
