Jessica Carroll (Osage), MS, PWS, has a bachelor’s degree in psychology from Portland State University and a master’s degree in professional mental health counseling from the Graduate Center of Education and Counseling at Lewis & Clark College in Portland, Oregon. Jessica came to the Peer Recovery Movement through her work at Lewis & Clark College. It is her hope to inform her work through the lens of lived experience, Indigenous knowledge, and the unique perspectives of sovereign nations.

Peer Recovery ECHO Program

Jessica Carroll is a council member with the Peer Recovery ECHO Program which is designed to educate peer specialists in the management and care of patients with substance use disorders.
