Livia Davis, MSW, is Chief Learning Officer at C4 Innovations. She is an experienced facilitator in supporting federal, state and local communities to build critical capacity to expand, improve, and sustain services. Livia is part of C4’s Racial Equity and Recovery consultation team focusing on the implementation of anti-racist practices in recovery. Her work is grounded in over 15 years of experience as a direct service provider in behavioral health, recovery, housing, and homeless services, as well as 10 years as a facilitator of initiatives focused on convening stakeholders to overcome entrenched positions to move forward together.

Reclaiming Native Psychological Brilliance ECHO Program

Livia is faculty for the Reclaiming Native Psychological Brilliance Program, which is designed to develop strength-based approaches in partnership with Native People to enhance Native behavioral health.
