Carrie Sampson-Samuels, is the Community Health Aide Program (CHAP) for the Northwest Portland Area Indian Health Board (NPAIHB). As the project director, she assists tribes in Oregon, Washington, and Idaho as they explore opportunities to improve mental and behavioral health access and outcomes in their tribal communities.
