The Advancing Pharmacist Roles in Substance Use Disorder Treatment and Recovery Teams ECHO enhances pharmacists' skills to provide substance use disorder (SUD) clinical services and take on leadership roles within treatment and recovery teams, improving patient outcomes. The 1-hour sessions offer a comprehensive opportunity to present patient cases, receive expert recommendations, participate in a focused didactic session, and join a collaborative learning community.

CHAP ECHO Learning Collaborative
The Community Health Aid Program (CHAP) ECHO Learning Collaborative is designed to bridge the gap between traditional practices and modern standards of care through bringing together several types of practitioners, including Dental Health Aide Therapists (DHATs), Behavioral Health Aides and Practitioners (BHA/Ps), and Community Health Aides and Practitioners (CHA/Ps). Sessions are open to all, but advanced registration is recommended.

The Dementia Caregiver Support ECHO provides mentorship to and support for Indian Health staff (IHS, Tribal, and Urban) to provide effective help and coaching to caregivers of American Indian and Alaska Native people living with dementia. The program will offer a free ECHO collaborative to continue learning, knowledge sharing and support during virtual ECHO clinics focused on support for caregivers in the challenges they face in caring for individuals with dementia, including challenging behaviors, caregiver self-care, care planning and navigation, financial and physical safety, and mobilizing family resources.

This program provides comprehensive information to support Indian Health Service, Tribal, and Urban Indian clinicians to improve dermatologic care and access for American Indian and Alaska Native people. Elders, Knowledge Holders and Culture Keepers
Each month, Indian Country ECHO offers an ECHO session with a multidisciplinary team focused on creating space for tribal elders, students, culture keepers, and knowledge holders to connect and support one another. The program provides traditional and clinical education and support health aides, elders, clinicians, community health students, and providers serving American Indian and Alaska Native people.

Each month, ECHO offers a session with an interprofessional team of emergency medical service specialists to provide comprehensive information for EMS professionals to effectively integrate and optimize first response, basic/intermediate/and advanced life support services and treat patients locally with holistic, culturally appropriate care. The 1-hour telehealth sessions will offer clinicians an opportunity to present cases, receive recommendations from peers and an interprofessional team of specialists working in Indian Country, engage in a didactic presentation, obtain EMT CE, and become part of a learning community.

The Indian Country Journey to Health ECHO provides comprehensive information for clinicians and staff serving American Indian and Alaska Native people to effectively integrate cultural heritage and understanding, trauma informed care services, and wellness support to promote healing for themselves and community members so that Indigenous communities may better thrive. The program will offer a free ECHO collaborative to continue learning, knowledge sharing and support during virtual ECHO clinics focused on cultural heritage and understanding, healing, resilience, and decolonial understandings of trauma. The 1-hour telehealth sessions will offer clinicians an opportunity to engage in a didactic presentation with peers and a multidisciplinary team working in Indian Country.

The Peer Recovery ECHO Program is designed to educate peer specialists in the management and care of patients with substance use disorders. This program offers Office Hours ECHO sessions where attendees can ask questions and connect with faculty and other peers.

This program provides comprehensive information to support Indian Health Service, Tribal, and Urban Indian clinicians to to increase access to pregnancy care by providing best practices for prenatal and postpartum care across all care settings in addition to resources for patient and staff support. The program will offer a free ECHO collaborative to continue learning, knowledge sharing and support during virtual ECHO clinics focused on safe, quality prenatal and postpartum care. Topics include incorporation of traditional birthing practices, how to deliver prenatal and postpartum care in the primary care, behavioral health, emergency, or community setting, and how to transition from postpartum to primary care.

The 1-hour virtual sessions will offer clinicians an opportunity to present cases, receive recommendations from peers and specialists, and an opportunity to obtain CE credit following participation in a didactic presentation.
