Dr. Vasisht Srinivasan, is an Emergency Medicine physician and Neurointensivist at the University of Washington and Harborview Medical Center in Seattle. He also collaborates as a flight physician with Airlift Northwest, the largest helicopter EMS program in the Pacific Northwest. His clinical and academic interests center on neurologic critical care across transitions of care, particularly the interface between prehospital medicine, the emergency department, and the ICU. His research focuses on early neurophysiologic monitoring and intervention in acute neurologic injury, with an emphasis on bringing ICU-level care into the emergency department and prehospital environment. Dr. Srinivasan is also an instrument-rated pilot and remains passionate about aviation, both professionally and recreationally.
