Program Faculty and Staff
The Trans and Gender-Affirming Care ECHO Program is run by staff from Northwest Portland Area Indian Health Board. Our faculty are experts in hormone therapy, internal medicine, LGBTQ advocacy, pediatrics, and gynecology. Faculty include: Itai Jeffries, Lane Holcomb, Dandy Johns, Hannah Wenger, Jamie Conniff and Frances Grimstad.
