LeeAndria Witcraft is the daughter of Joni Townsend (Fort Bidwell Indian Community) and Martin Witcraft (Klamath Tribes), and the granddaughter of Louis “Joe” Townsend and Toni Jimenez on her mother’s side and John and Dorothy Witcraft on her father’s side of the family. She is a mom to 2 wonderful boys. LeeAndria’s passion is to advocate for and provide culturally appropriate and trauma informed mental healthcare throughout Indian Country. She obtained her Master’s Degree in Social Work in 2017, following a Bachelor’s degree in Community Health with a minor in American Indian Studies in 2015. She is currently employed as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker for the Cow Creek Band of Umpqua Indians in Roseburg Oregon, but will shortly be transitioning to work with the Coquille tribe at their new clinic Ko-Kwel Wellness Center in Eugene Oregon. She has worked in various tribal mental health therapy programs for the past 6 years, and is currently serving on the Behavioral Health Aid Academic Review Committee for the Northwest Portland Area Indian Health Board, which evaluates education standards for the tribal behavioral health aid program serving numerous tribes in the pacific northwest. She also serves as chairperson for the Warner Mountain Indian Health Board for the Fort Bidwell Indian community.

Danica Love Brown, PhD, MSW, CACIII, is a citizen of the Choctaw Nation of Oklahoma born and raised in Northern New Mexico. Danica is the Behavioral Health Director at the Northwest Portland Area Indian Health Board and has worked as a mental health and substance use counselor, social worker, and youth advocate for over 20 years. Danica is an Indigenous Wellness Research Institute ISMART fellow alumni, Council of Social Work Education, Minority Fellowship Program fellow alumni, and Northwest Native American Research Center for Health fellow alumni. Her research has focused on Indigenous Ways of Knowing and decolonizing methodologies to address historical trauma and health disparities in Tribal communities.

Dolores Jimerson, MSW, LCSW, ADS is originally from the east coast, where she grew up as an urban Indian. She was reared traditionally Seneca (bear clan) in Little Italy, which also resonated with her Italian/Irish mother. She now lives on the Olympic Peninsula, where it seems “it’s always Twilight.” Dolores is excited to lead NPAIHB in the development of culturally resonant behavioral health programming to support tribes in meeting their needs. Her lived experience pairs nicely with her three plus decade career of working in behavioral health in Pennsylvania, Wyoming, Oregon, and Washington. Some of her past tribal employment was with the Eastern Shoshone, Northern Arapaho,  CTUIR, and Quileute. Her previous national level work included serving as Director of Community Development for NICWA. She is a caregiver and community organizer at heart, who is passionate about creating services that resonate with re-membering us into our greatness. She is clinically licensed in both Wyoming and Oregon, along with being a certified Acudetox Specialist (ear acupuncture) and Registered Trainer. You can find her gardening, beach combing, traveling, writing, or serving as comedic muse when she is not working.
