Paul Charlton, MD, MA works as an emergency medicine physician at the Gallup Indian Medical Center where he currently serves as the emergency department director. He completed medical school at Dartmouth and his residency in Emergency Medicine at the University of Washington/Harborview. Dr. Charlton also holds a master’s degree from Georgetown University in Conflict Resolution, which drives his motivation to improve health care systems to address issues of quality, equity, and social justice. In addition to his clinical contributions, his academic niche is conflict management and health care, for which he holds academic affiliations with several universities focused on this topic. He lives in Gallup, New Mexico, with his wife and two children, and is an active climber and trail runner.

Elizabeth Sanseau, MD, MS, grew up in California and completed her undergraduate degree at Columbia University. She earned her medical degree and a master’s degree in health and medical sciences from the UC Berkeley-UCSF Joint Medical Program, where she participated in the Program in Medical Education for the Urban Underserved. She is currently completing a fellowship in pediatric emergency medicine and global health at Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia. Prior to her fellowship she spent 5 years working in the Alaska Native Healthcare system.

Rachel Tuuri, MD is the Division Chief of Pediatric Emergency Medicine in the Department of Emergency Medicine at the University of New Mexico

Dan Schnorr, MD is a researcher for the Infectious Diseases and Epidemics Program at the Harvard Humanitarian Initiative. His research focuses on mitigating the impact of SARS-CoV-2 and other infectious pathogens through home-based care and water, sanitation and hygiene (WASH) innovations in the Dominican Republic and Honduras. He is a physician and current Emergency Department Director for the San Carlos Apache Healthcare Corporation in eastern Arizona.

CAPT Tom Faber, MD, MPH, FAAP, is the Pediatrics Chief Clinical Consultant and Clinical Director of Zuni IHS Hospital.
