In this presentation, Roberta Eaglehorse-Ortiz (Oglala Lakota/Yomba Shoshone), Community Health Worker, Full Circle Doula, Lactation Educator, Breastfeeding Peer Counselor, and founder of the Northwest Inter-Tribal Breastfeeding Coalition with over 20 years of experience in Maternal Child health, will lead participants through a new virtual training module created by Muckleshoot Tribal member Valerie Segrest on using traditional plant and herbs to support breast / chest feeding parents.

Ms. Eaglehorse-Ortiz has worked in Maternal Child health for over 20 years as a Community Health Worker, Full Circle Doula, Lactation Educator, and Breastfeeding Peer Counselor. She is the Founder of the Northwest Inter-Tribal Breastfeeding Coalition.
Lindsay Thomas is a Diné woman and doula based in Portland.
Chriset Palenshus (Kanienkeha:ka/Mohawk) is a doula and farmer.
