Dawn Rae Bankson, PHN, MSN, ARNP/CPNP, received her Master in Science and Pediatric Nurse Practitioner Certification at California State University – Fresno in 1997. She has many years of experience working with Tribal clinics in public health and migrant health topics. Dawn feels privileged to be serving with the Northwest Portland Area Indian Health Board and the Northwest Tribal Epi-Center in a public health role.

Maternal & Child Health ECHO Program

Dawn is lead faculty for the Maternal & Child Health ECHO Program, which is designed to promote healthy mothers and families across Indian Country.
