Jerad Sampson, NRP-FPC, is a paramedic with the Indian Health Service

Eric Emery, is the Program Director for the Rosebud Sioux Tribe Ambulance Service

Marty Link, is the Director of the South Dakota Office of EMS

Tyler Price, MD serves as Avel eCare’s Medical Director for Emergency Services. In this role, he is responsible for maintaining Avel’s high level of quality care while connecting with customers and ensuring Avel continues to innovate and improve services. Also, overseeing the clinical team’s delivery of exceptional telemedicine support to more than 260 sites across the United States. Dr. Price has been an Emergency Medicine physician going on 13 years and has spent the last five years working at Avera McKennan Hospital in Sioux Falls, SD. Having grown up in rural North Dakota, Dr. Price has always been driven to deliver high quality care to rural populations. Dr. Price completed his medical education at the University of North Dakota School of Medicine and Health Sciences in Grand Forks, ND, and his Emergency Medicine residency at the University of Nebraska Medical Center in Omaha, NE. Dr. Price continues to serve on several committees at Avera including Emergency Medicine Steering Committee, ED Physician Review, and Patient and Staff Satisfaction Committee.  

Chelsea C. White IV, MD, NRP, FAEMS, FACEP, is an Emergency Physician and Associate Professor in the Department of Emergency Medicine at University of New Mexico, USA, where he serves as EMS Faculty and as Director of the UNM Center for Rural and Tribal EMS.  He is board certified in Emergency Medicine and in EMS Medicine.  He completed EMS Fellowship at the University of New Mexico, Emergency Medicine Residency at University of Michigan, and is a Nationally Registered Paramedic.  Dr. White currently serves as EMS Medical Director for Cibola County Fire and Emergency Medical Services, Navajo Nation EMS, Pueblo of Acoma EMS/Fire Department, Pueblo of Isleta EMS, Pueblo of Laguna Fire Protection Program, Pueblo of Zuni Fire and EMS, Pine Hill Emergency Medical Services, and the U.S. National Parks Service El Morro and El Malpais National Monuments.  He serves on several national and state EMS policy committees, and is the Immediate Past President of the New Mexico Chapter of the National Association of EMS Physicians.  His areas of research interest are in rural, frontier, and tribal EMS, Community Paramedicine, and EMS telemedicine.
