In this presentation, CDR Venecia Clark reviews the diagnosis and clinical manifestation of Stimulant Induced Psychosis (SIP). Moreover, differential diagnoses in the treatment of SIP and appropriate treatment options will be identified.

CDR Venecia Clark graduated from University of Massachusetts Global School of Nursing with a Doctor of Nursing Practice in 2021. She is dual board certified as a Family Nurse Practitioner, and Psychiatric Nurse practitioner. She recently transferred from the Department of Defense in Virginia where she was instrumental in implementing an Outpatient Substance Abuse program, and served as Department Chief 2015-2019, She was transferred to the DiLorenzo Tricare Pentagon Clinic in Arlington Virginia where she served as the Director of Mental Health Services 2019-2022. CDR Clark transferred to Cowlitz Tribal Health in Tukwila Washington in March 2022, and is privileged as a Family & Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner. She has been blessed with authoring educational materials for Psychiatric, Acute Care, Adult Gerontology Nurse Practitioners for board certification through American Nurse Credentialing Association, and American Association of Nurse Practitioner. I have mentored over 14000 Nurse Practitioners. CDR Clark is also adjunct faculty at the University of Delaware Doctor of Nurse Practice program, she oversees doctoral nurse students clinical projects.
